Macbook pro boots to a circle with line through it

Hi

I have a macbook pro and I just installed some software that let's u edit nfts drive on el capitan. It told me to reboot and now I boot to a screen with a line through it. I have reset the smc, pram, and tried to boot to safe mode with no luck. I tried single user mode and it says Error Loading kernel cache (0x1b) I do cmd + shift + v and get error, prelinked kernel corrupted with a big error message. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!
