It's been more than 10 weeks since iPhone 6 backed up to iCloud

Still without the ability to back up to iCloud. When is this going to be fixed?

Also, what is the deal with Genius appointments? Can't book any online in any central London store. Is this symptomatic of Apple struggling to cope with customer demand or service?
