I'm looking for a battery case that doesn't require you to push a button to activate the case. Once the case is in use, the user just notices extended battery life, they don't have to push a button to get the battery case to transfer its charge to the iPhone battery. Is anyone aware of that type of case?
They all require some sort of switch or button to enable charging of the phone. When the phone is in charging mode it uses more power than in battery mode (e.g. Wi-Fi can stay on, iCloud backups can run), so you don't want it always in charging mode when on a battery pack, not a charger.
