My two day old iPhone 6 turned itself off and on about 3 times and then would not stay on unless in use, I decided to do the software update during this the phone froze and would not come off the Apple logo screen

Cant restore iPhone 6 via iTunes as coming up with error codes 4005 4013 and 20000. And is now stuck on the iTunes screen and before that the Apple logo

iPhone 6, iOS 8.4.1

If you bought it new from an authorize source 3 days ago, it's covered under warranty. Take it back.
