The linked instructions above are for Pages '09, and not any release of Pages v5. If you are still using Pages '09 on El Capitan, then give it a shot. If not, you will find yourself becoming outspoken doing this in Pages v5.


Much better would be the freely downloadable Avery Design&Print software, which eliminates all of the layout gruntwork for any given label template. I have it installed on El Capitan.
