Unable to intall El Capitan on mac 2010

Hello,

I have a macbook pro 2010 and still using OS X snow leopard (10.6.8). I just download El Capitan and when I try to install it, the process stop at the very end, when it saids "about a second to be done" and never get to restart.

I tryed to restart it myself or stop and reinstall but nothing worked.

Any suggestios?
