How to authorize PC after clean install of windows 10\

My computer had a bad hard drive and I did a deauth all in October. I recently reinstalled Windows 10 using a clean install and forgot to deauth my PC first. Now I can't authorize it. Is there a way to fix this without having to call Apple support?
