iTunes without mouse

When I want to transfer a podcast from iTunes to my iPhone I click and drag it to the left of the screen and drop it on the device

Is it possible to do this action without the mouse ? (I don't want to sync the whole phone)

I can do most other things without the mouse but this one has me stumped
