I Need To Obtain A Copy Of My Macbook Pro Receipt

Im currently travelling abroad & have had my rental car broken into whilst visiting Portugal.

Literally all of my stuff was taken & my Insurance Company wants me to provide "purchase receipts" for everything before they will even begin to process my claim.

How can I obtain a copy of my original purchase receipt considering I'm overseas & the Apple Store I purchased it from don't have a contact email address?
