Email did not sent to my email for forgotten my security questions

I fogot my security questions answer. However, it says email was sent to my rescue email. Indeed, no email was sent to my primary email even for veryfying email no sign of resetting. I try to check how to reset/change but its totally not helping

We are fellow users, we won't know why you aren't receiving the email to your rescue email account (emails about iCloud will be going to the account's primary email address, not the rescue email account).


Contact Support in your country to get the questions reset (see Niel's reply), and when they've done it check that your rescue email address is spelt correctly : About your Apple ID email addresses - Apple Support
