Everytime I turn on my iPad I'm asked to provide mi iCloud ID password

Hello everyone,

After updating from an iPad 3 to an iPad mini 4 and restoring my iCloud backup I have an issue where I'm asked for my iCloud password everytime I turn on my iPad after being completely off, which is usually once a day.

The issue seems to be related to iCloud keychain, since everytime the screen changes to go to the settings app, iCloud keychain momentarily has nothing on the description and after I input my password it changes to "enabled".

The funny thing is, even if I tap "later" when the messge pops up, I can see iCloud keychain enabled and I can use it as usual.
