I have evidence in messages to my partner that i need to get for a court case.
A guy owes me a good amount of money and I've got everything in them to win my case.

If you chose to keep them for 30 days in settings they will be deleted after that time frame. If they are set to save for a year or forever they should still be on your phone if you didn't delete them. If they are still on the phone you should be able to keep taping the top of the screen near the top and older messages should load.

Ive never deleted her thread and my message are set to forever.
Ive gone through hers and close mates messages also and they all go back to August this year.
Could that mean I've re-done the phone since then and thats why it isn't going back?

Do you have any messages prior to August? If you reset your phone the messages would also erase. -AJ
Can i go back more than a few months of messages?
