Having no service since last Thursday. I got an answer saying it's because I cut my micro sim card instead of getting a new nano card from T-mobile.
I just found that under network it says phone not allowed. Does this...actually caused the problem?

nobody here could say for sure. contact T-Mobile and get an appropriate SIM card.
You might have damaged the SIM in cutting it. Or, the SIM might be connected to an account not properly configured for your phone. As the esteemed Mr. Peck suggests, get the proper card.
Hi, Don't Bother going to get a new sim i have this problem too with EE i got a new sim didnt work! Go to Apple Immediately and they will get it fixed.
