Billing problem on iPhone 5 after system upgrade.
I Have a billing problem on iPhone 5 after system upgrade to iOS 9.0.2. Data depletes quickly. I contacted the service provider( cell c) and was advised to change some settings on the phone:
1. Turn off auto update
2. Turn off location services.
this did not help.
I Also changed settings on privacy diagnostics & usage to "don't send" but when I check theBilling problem on iPhone 5. "diagnostic & usage data" it looks like the phone continually sends daily diagnostic and usage data even if this feature was changed to " don't send".
Few minutes after loading airtime it quickly finishes without making a call or connecting to Internet.
