Q: Can't send group messages to non iPhone users

I can use group messaging when texting other people with iPhones and iMessage but when I group message people that don't have iMessage it just says not delivered. I have send as SMS, MMS, and Group Messaging turned on but it still wont work. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

I have tried using external apps to solve the problem but nothing works. I also dont have the option under cellular for cellular data network to add a new APN.

I have an iPhone 6 iOS 9.1.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. It seems like you want to send messages to non iPhone users who are in a group. Are you able to messages to non iPhone users outside of a group? Does this happen with more than one non iPhone contact? It looks like you have already done some troubleshooting. I would recommend you read this article, it may be able to help troubleshoot the issue.
