My Iphone 6s goes out suddenly

I have a Iphone 6s 64g from about a month ago.

In the last week (it might coincide with the update 9.1) has been turned off suddenly. The screen has turned black, and try to light, has requested to connect it to the power supply, but when he went out at least had more than 20% of the battery. What is going wrong?

Thank you!

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.1, 64g

Try to reset your device. This won't delete your data stored on this device.

  • Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button
  • Press and hold on the Home button
  • Keep holding both buttons until the display turns off and back on with Apple logo on it.

Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings

If this does not help, restore your device to factory settings. Note that this will erase the data from your device.

Take a look this Apple Support article: Use iTunes to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support.

If nothing helps take your device to the Apple Store. If your device is under warranty they will offer you the best solution.
