Where do I find PMU reset button on iMac 2005?

I have an iMac 2005 with isight, which failed to power on after a power outage. I tried a SMC reset to no avail and cannot find anyone who will even open it. I have heard success stories with a PMU reset, but now that I have everything open, I don't see it. Can someone tell me where to go from here?
