Replacing RAM and HD

Just a quick question.

So whenever I move my laptop, sometimes it turns off.

Sometimes when it turns off I get 3 quick Beeps, aka Bad RAM right?

Sometimes I get screen glitches like Macbook Pro screen glitches, 3 beeps, NOT THE RAM

And now as of like 1-2 days ago, I keep getting the spinning beach ball of death and SMART Utility says my HD is failing.

So my question is..

I reserved an Apple store appointment tomorrow. Can they replace both of these things? How long will it take? How much will it cost? I read it's like $50-100 for RAM and $150 for the HD right?
