iPod touch not recognized in iTunes

I reset my iPod Touch "Erase all content and settings" because I was having some problems with podcasts, couldn't remove some apps, etc. Anyway, it used to sync with no problems, but after the reset, iTunes does not recognize the device. It still charges and is recognized by the computer. I am running iTunes 12.3.1.23 and running Windows 10.
