Live wallpaper not working on iPhone 6s

I have the iPhone 6s, which I just got about a month ago. I want to use one of the live wallpapers for my lock screen, but it's not working. it stays completely still and doesn't move at all. I've tried pressing all over the screen to try and get it to move, but it's not working. My battery is fully charged, so I know that's not the problem. I've tried rebooting my phone several times and it's still not working. My iOS is up to date at 9.1. Any ideas??? 😕
