No email receipt yet for an In-App purchase!

I made an In-App purchase on TheSimpsonsTappedOut game on 11/14/2015! My Debit Card accepted and approved the purchase on 11/19/2015! I still haven't yet received an ITunes Receipt for my AppStore In-App purchase! What do I do?!

iPod touch, iOS 9.1, iPod Touch 6th Generation

It shows on your account's purchase history (See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support), and you've checked the spam folder as well as the inbox on the account's primary email address ? iTunes Support doesn't send out duplicate receipts, if you need the order number you can get it from your purchase history.
