Q: why was i charged on my credit card for signin up for apple music?

so i decided to try apple music. had to sign up for apple id and had to provide credit card information. 60 INR were charged on my credit card on 14th nov in the name of itunes. i chose 3 months free trial while signing up so there is no reason for apple to charge my credit card. i thought they charged just to check if the card is authentic and thought that they will refund it after some time just like google charges 50INR and refunds it back in 2 hours.

    Hi anand_1994,

Sorry to hear about you being charged for Apple Music when trying to sing up for the free trial. You can report the issue to the iTunes Store.

To do that, use the steps outline below so that you can bring it to the iTunes Store attention.

Report a problem with an item purchased from the iTunes Store, App Store, Mac App Store, or iBooks Store
    https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084

To report a problem or request assistance with an item purchased from the iTunes Store, App Store, Mac App Store, or iBooks Store:

    1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com in your browser.
    2. When prompted, enter the Apple ID and password used to initiate the purchase of the item, then click Sign In.
    3. Find the item you're having a problem with, then click Report a Problem next to it.
    4. From the Choose Problem menu, choose the issue you're having.
    5. Follow the onscreen instructions. You might be asked to describe the problem in a text field.
    6. Click Submit, and we'll review your problem.

Let me know if you have any issues with reporting the issue and I can suggest something else.

    Have a good day
