Alternate app other than Apple Music to play music offline

I am unable to get some songs into Apple Music through sync. I don't know why but the songs are greyed out. Apple Music is getting shittier by the day. Can som suggest a decent app to which I can easily upload my music through cable/wifi and play it offline.
