Macbook not charging

This problem started a few weeks back, i keep my magsafe 2 always plugged in my mac whenever i was using it.But just about a month ago sometimes after connecting the charging cable mac did't charged so i tried flipping the magsafe and it worked .

But now this doesn't work anymore .When i connect my charger green light shows up even my battery is not fully charged ,and now it always says on battey power instead of power adapter.

My battery health is normal , cycle count 222, 2014 retina macbook 13'.

And i've reseted then SMC 10 times now ,so please don't post that annoying thing again.
