My iphone 5c has stopped working ,wont turn on ?

First thing to try would be force restarting the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again.
i have tried that but nothing is happening
Depending on the age and use of the phone, this might be a battery problem. Does the phone charge when using the adapter and USB cable that came with the iPhone?
If it does not, get it serviced by Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider. They can also check the battery and replace it.
