When I'm trying to update, Yammer, Twitter and facebook on my IPAD Air they won't update, they have a cloud symbol with a Downward arrow besides them and when I try to update nothing happens, anyone seen this before?
iPad Air, iOS 9.1

Go to itunes main page bottom of page Apple ID
Sign out then Sign back in.
Then try updates again .

I have now got 2 out of 3 apps back, but the last one won't (Twitter)
Any good suggestions why this one won't update/install?
