What have you been told about this. How did you learn your ID has been disabled. Did the advice address you by your name?

For info you are talking to fellow users on these forums, not iTunes Support nor Apple - I've asked the hosts to remove your email address from your post (it's not a good idea to post it on any public forum).


If it's locked for security reasons : If your Apple ID has been locked - Apple Support

After resetting the password log out and back into the account : What to do after you change your Apple ID email address or password - Apple Support
