hi u need to download ios for your iphone first from ipsw.me
choose your iphone type . once it done . plug your iphone to your pc make sure internet connected.
then put your iphone to DFU mode

once it done shift + restore using itunes choose the ios you have downloaded
then click restore
when it finished. it solved your problem .
note: all data will be lost
