carplay on VW Golf 2016 MIB2

hey ,

i cannot connect my iPhone 6 to the car's USB port - i get an error message device not supported\recognized

when i try to link through carplay settings on the IOS i cannot find the UNIT.

VW golf 2016 MIB 2 OS 1.2 with voice comm button on the wheel.

iphone 6 IOS 9.1

i use original cable .tried 2

tried another iphone 6 .
