Ipad stolen

Hi, my Ipad Air2 was stolen from my car.

Did the report to the police.

Put the ipad on lost mode on icloud.

Started to binge change all my passwords for email, etc.

Also have prey installed on my ipad and put it like lost in there.

The ipad has not yet been connected to the internet (2 weeks).

In my password changing spree changed my apple id password too.... mistake

now when i try to log into icloud says I have to configure my devices, but I dont have the ipad so I can't configure it with the new password, so it doesn't let me into icloud.com

when I try to get back to the old password it says I can't use an old password that I have used in the last year

seems like I got myself into trouble

some way to get back to the old password, I try getting into support but haven't been able to contact a human being in apple for this, all I get is faq's and to log in to apple id that doesn't give any options for this.
