After restart my Macbook Pro 15 whit el capitan 10.11.1
i work ca 10 min whit Safari no Problem but after the +- 10 min in can not open website whit http but whit https its working i test to open the websites whit Chrome whit Firefox and have the same results and wen i open the app store i see only the text but not the Pictures .

Based on what you've presented this can be one of two things: there's a developing (potentially major) problem with your Mac (hardware or OS or both) or the network you're connected to (probably your workplace) is overly restrictive. For the first it may be quicker to simply back-up, reformat and reinstall. You can eliminate the second by placing your mac in an unrestricted network (your home would do) and see if the problem goes away. If it does then it's your work network (probably proxied) and you'd have to speak to your network administrator and ask if the restrictions can be relaxed for you. I doubt if this would happen but who knows it's worth a try?
