icloud drive sync problem

Hi,

I have an iMac and a Macbook Pro. Both signed in with the same Apple ID. Both using iCloud Drive. When I upload a file from the Mac, it's there instantly (and shows on my MBP). But when I upload something from the MPB, it has the little cloud symbol, but it doesn't ever appear in iCloud Drive.

Any ideas?
