How do I deregister Imessages with apple id as I no longer have the number with imessages

If what you want to do is change from one Apple ID to another, check out:
Sign in with a different Apple ID on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Messages
- Tap Settings > Messages.
- Tap Send & Receive.
- Tap your Apple ID, then tap Sign Out.
- Tap Use your Apple ID for iMessage.
- Enter your Apple ID and password, then tap Sign In.
