Faulty song (skips to next one) LOTR - Return of the King

I have the Lord of the Rings soundtracks. A single track (the title track, The Return of the King, 10:14 in length) My original on my computer is fine but the matched one running on my iPad 2 skips 0:36 in.

If I move the song on (just tried starting from 0:10) it skipped at the same time.

I then tried starting at 3:08 (selected at random) and this time it stopped at 5:20.

I have tried removing from iPad and re-downloading, but the problems still occurs.

I presume it is a faulty file at the Apple end? What can I do about it?
