clearly a very helpful answer. I am an IT consultant and I assure you I know what I am doing. The first time I had the Mac Mini in 2012 the wireless would stutter for airplay. Naturally I thought it was not Apple's fault. It was as everything else worked fine. I switched to Ethernet cables for the Mac Mini. Not using right and all as per Mr Jobs.
Same windows 7 machine was working wireless in 2012. Fast Forward to 2015 and El Capitan comes along.
All I am saying is that for a company who only uses 1 graphic card, has their own operating system and should keep things simple they manage to break their own stuff. Let me not get started in how the HDMI output for the Mac Mini was and still does not work properly resulting initially in a screen of death (white collar not blue collar) and now after a patch it sorts itself out after some stuttering.
But John thank you for your truly insightful and above all helpful answer.
Good to have you around so we can ALL benefit.
