Dictionary doesn't work in Pages when Changes Tracking is on

The issue is as described in the heading. I double-checked that and no doubts remained as to what causes this misbehavior: when working in Pages I turn changes tracking, 3-fingers tapping highlights either part of the word or several words in yellow with the "No results" pop up. Is it a bug or possible to fix?
