I was have $28 in my account I don't porches any programs from apple store

and I don't know how I lost $10


please advice

Have you checked your account's purchase history : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support ?


Does anything show there ? If it does and you didn't purchase it, and nobody else has access to your account or devices/computers and bought it, then change your account's password (What to do after you change your Apple ID email address or password - Apple Support) and contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com or http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
