Null apps listed under settings

So under Settings, where the third party apps are listed, the first two are null apps. The icon is the little light gray grid. When hit the arrow to the next screen, it says Allow (Null) to access and Background app refresh is on. I disabled and rebooted. Still there.

Any idea what these are?
