Help with not wanted purchase
i have 4 pending transactions of 13.95 and I did not purchase anything on the App Store

Does anything show on your account's purchase history : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support
And/or do you have any pre-orders or auto-renewing subscriptions due ?
If there are purchases that you don't recognise, and nobody else has access to your account or devices/computers and did them, then change your account's password (What to do after you change your Apple ID email address or password - Apple Support) and contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com or http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
