Q: ipad pro not recognizing touch or swipe
I have an iPad Pro 128GB wifi model. It took forever for it to recognize my touch or swipe so that I could begin using it. I wished I had tried this before leaving the Apple store! Many forced shutdowns (home button and power button pressed simultaneously for at least 10 seconds) later and with the use of a cosmonaut capacitative stylus, the iPad seemed to function well for several hours. Unfortunately, the iPad later froze, not allowing me to swipe across screens. So I tried a hard reboot numerous times. But starting again (pressing power on), it won't recognize my touch for me to enter my code. One time it finally did after several patient attempts for each digit, but then the screen was still frozen and wouldn't recognize my touch or swipes. This makes the iPad Pro useless most of the time.
