customer relationship manager

Hi,

I have been using a CRM database software called ACT! on my laptop but I have now moved over to using an ipad mini2

I am looking for a database app for the ipad mini 2 that can hold my client/prospect information and have the ability to schedule meetings, take notes etc.

Can anyone reecommend something, prefeerrably open source.

I'd like it run stand alone on the ipad if possible with the ability to sync with other devices.
