Problem with Notes

I accidentally removed the Notes folder from Mail for Gmail. Was having trouble finding my Notes and thought that would help. Have restored all Notes after finding them in All Mail. How can I restore Notes folder?

MacBook Air, OS X Mavericks (10.9.5)
