I have iPhone 6. I accidentally dropped it. and it got a big scratch on the top side. Below image will give you a better idea.

Is this fixable? Any help in this matter will be greatly apperciated.

I'm guessing, since the quality and size of the photo that you attached was small, you are referring to the spot to the right side of the photo? If this is just cosmetic damage, and does not affect the operation of the device, Apple does not generally replace the phone. You have the option to make an appointment at the Genius Bar to have it looked at, however, with damage of that type, they don't do anything, since case damage would require the full replacement of the device.
yes it is the spot to the right side and it is a cosmetic damage. I dont want to replace the phone. I just want to somehow fix the scratch.
As I said, Apple does not fix phone cases, they replace them. However, as I also indicated, it would only be in the case of the damage affecting the operation of the device. You cannot get that fixed.
