facetime and icloud login box will not go away

Hey usa1z,
I understand that you are getting a prompt to log in to FaceTime and iCloud. Let's see if we can sort this out.
The first thing I would do is restart your iPhone by holding the Sleep/Wake button until you see a slide to power off screen and follow that prompt. Power it back on and then go to your Settings to update your password for iCloud and FaceTime. Take a look at the articles below for more details on restarting your iPhone and as well as updating and going over some troubleshooting for FaceTime activations.
