My facetime open on a video call each time i receive a phone call, even if my correspondant don't use a mac product ...
How can i disable this and make it open only when it's a real facetime call (or a mac/iphone/ipad user)?

FaceTime is available to iPod touches, iPads, iPhones not just Macs.
You can also do FaceTime audio (without video).

I use facetime a lot with my contact that have a mac product but, the problem her is that it opens on my imac even if the correspondant call from a "samsung" or a "fixe" phone for example

Sorry, FaceTime is only available from Apple devices.
Are you sure your FaceTime caller is using Samsung or a landline? Never heard of that before.
Like I've said maybe you have FaceTime Audio,
Check your iPhone's Settings > Phone > Calls on Other Devices > check here
yes Ckuan, maybe it's an audio call that i can answer with my mac and, even if my isight cam open, my correspondant will hear me but not see me.
I will try with my wife's phone 😉

But, can i still use the phonecall on my imac without the systematic opening of my camera?
I think that in Yosemite when i receive a call on imac, there was just a little window (just like the one in the instruction page) without video but for now, the video always open systematicaly.

If FaceTime isn't already running, it should not open when you receive a cellular call. Is that what happens?

Exact, it seems to be ok now, i have try with my wife cellular and the video didn't open. Don't know why it was doing that before 😉
