How to install Older version of Apps ?

I have instagram on my iCloud, I have two iCloud account,

since I own two instagram account, i want to make use of it into two phone

One on my older and one on my new phone.

So I already deleted my Instagram Apps on my iPhone 4 running iOS 6

But I also maybe deleted my instagram API from my older laptop.

So I need to install it again.

But cannot because I lost the file on my computer

Can someone help me to find a source to install this old Apps ?

You can try to:

1. Download it from the purchased area of app store, may not work cause current version is only for IOS 7, but use to work as download things for old ipads that way.

2. Contact developer of the app to see if support can point to old API file

3. Simply upgrade phone to later ios- that iphone should be able to go to 7.1.2, I think.
