iTunes will not play HD movies

I purchased The Avengers: Age of Ultron in early October 2015 and was able to watch it perfectly fine on my ASUS 2-in-1, which is a newer model purchased in August 2015. Now I cannot watch it. The movie window is nothing but a black screen and the movie timer is at 0:00 and not moving. I have verified Windows 10 is up to date, I am running current iTunes software (12.3.1), and I have verified graphics card drivers are current. I have tried deleting and re-downloading the movie and tried playing it in 1080p, 720p, & SD with no luck.
