Any ideas on connecting more than one pair of bluetooth headphones?

It seems logical to me to figure out a way to pair more than one pair of headphones to the new Apple TV. We need to so we can watch tv at night without disturbing our baby. Unfortunately the only way I can find is a bluetooth splitter, but that won't work since there is no audio out on the new Apple TV. I guess I could try a bluetooth splitter connected to the TV instead, but that is kind of a hassle because of required adapter cables and changing the audio source on the tv.
