I have downloaded a streaming video and cannot find it on my ipad
iI downloaded a streaming program to my ipad and cannot find it on my ipad.
iPad Air Wi-Fi, Cellular, iOS 9.1
Where did you download this streaming program from? Streaming programs are just that, streaming, as they do not exist on the receiving device. Unless you were using some type of applications that allows you to download to that app, I'm not sure that you downloaded anything to the iPad, since you do not have access to the file system. Try describing exactly what you did or were doing.
