I recently switched from the Samsung S5 to the iPhone 6sPlus. I have finally been able to change my payment information on my itunes account, however the one that will not allow me to download anything (even if it is free) is the icloud payment information. Apparently this information transfered over from my Samsung. I cannot seem to locate where I can remove this payment information or replace it.

If you are using a different account for iCloud then log into that account and change the payment details e.g. via the Store > View Account menu option on a computer's iTunes (as far as I know PayPal can only be set up via a computer's iTunes, so it's possible that you also need to use a computer's iTunes to change it)
